Greetings are special words or short sentences that are commonly used in meeting....

Greetings have their own importance in speaking, those who use them are considered civilized people.
GOOD MORNING - : This greeting is used from 04 :00 am to 12 :00 or noon, but this greeting is also an exception, if you are meeting a person for the first time, then you can use this greeting.
GOOD AFTERNOON - : This greeting should be spoken from 12: 00 pm to 5:00 pm.
GOOD EVENING - : There is a confusion in the use of this greeting, but, this greeting is done 5 :00 pm to 9:00 pm or midnight.
GOOD NIGHT - : It is used on the following points.
1) before bedtime.
2) in the evening, when bidding farewell to someone.
3) while bidding farewell to co-workers or employees after a day's work, even if it is the time of evening or it is the time of noon.
GOOD DAY - : it is used while taking off during the day.
GOOD BYE - : It is used at the time of separation from family members, friends or special person.
HELLO - : is used in the meeting of close friends, or associates.
while "HEY", "HI" is used in place of "HELLO".
One more thing, HEY is also used in the meeting of that person who already met before.
