QUANTIFIERS, Quantifier is a part of an Adjective & an Adjective has three sub - topics first is DEGREE, second DETERMINERS, and third but the most important is QUANTIFIERS,.
English has it's own ways to express different things in the different ways.
Quantifier has its own value in speaking as well as in competitive exams, in many competitive exams, quantifiers based questions have been asked.

Let's come to the Quantifier,
WHAT IS THE QUANTIFIERS? HOW THEY LOOK AND WHAT ARE THE WAYS TO USE THEM?
In this chapter we will discuss everything.
DEFINITION :- Quantifier is a word, which is placed before noun to show quantity or amount of a noun.
Ex:- All the candidates must answer atleast five out of ten questions.
In this example All is a Quantifier which is pla ed before noun.
Ex:- The whole nation is addressed by the prime minister on 15th of August.
In this example whole is a Quantifier.
Note :- QUANTIFIERS are always placed before Countable noun or uncountable noun.
Here is the list of QUANTIFIERS,
"LITTLE", "A LITTLE", "THE LITTLE", "FEW", "A FEW", " THE FEW", "MUCH", "MANY", "SOME", "ANY", "EACH", EITHER", "NEITHER" "NONE", "THIS", "THAT", "THESE", "THOSE", "A LOT OF", " LOTS OF", "A NUMBER OF", "THE NUMBER OF" AND ETC.
(1) LITTLE, A LITTLE, THE LITTLE,
LITTLE, used for Negative quantity,
A LITTLE, used to show positive quantity but as comparision to little.
THE LITTLE, The little used to show total quantity.
Note:- These quantifiers work before uncountable noun.
And the format should be used,
Little / A little / The little + uncountable noun,
This format can be placed anywhere in the sentence.
Ex:- Little knowledge is always dangerous.
Ex:- There is a little hope of his recovery.
Ex:- The little money, he had, were all stolen.
indication :-These three are determiners which show number of persons or things.
As i have already explained that DETERMINERS is a part of adjective and it is always placed before noun.
Few, A few, The few are placed before plural Countable noun.
This format should be followed,
Few, A few, The few + plural Countable noun,
Note:- Avoid them before singular Countable noun as well uncountable noun.
Ex:- few book is available in the market. (wrong)
Ex:- few books are available in the market.(right)
Ex:- A few milk is remained in the glass. (wrong)
Ex:- A few friends have solved all the questions. (right)
Logic to use them,
Few / A few / The few
Few ( means:- Not many but which Negative numbers)
A few ( means:- Not many but is used to show positive numbers)
The few ( Not many but the total numbers)
(3) SOME,
Indication:- "some" (an unspecified amount or Number)
"Any" (with Interrogative, Negative no matter how much or many, a minimal amount)
(A) "Some" is usedfor an unspecified amount or number,
(B) "Some" works always in positive sentence and it is placed before plural Countable noun.
(C) and the format should be followed,
SOME + PLURAL COUNTABLE NOUN
Ex:- I have some books. (an unspecified number)
Ex:- Some boys were standing out side and looking forward to playing game.
Ex:-'Some trains will be restarted very soon.
(4) "ANY"
indication :- "Any" indicates minimal amount or number, and works in Negative and interrogative sentences.
Note:- Avoid to used "Any" in positive sentence.
This format should be used,
ANY + COUNTABLE NOUN + UNCOUNTABLE NOUN,
Ex:- I do not have any questions.
Ex:- Do you have any doubt?
Ex:- She has not completed any work.
Ex:- Have you completed any work?
