MANY PEOPLE GET CONFUSED WITH SIMPLE PRESENT AND SIMPLE FUTURE TENSES BUT THEY ARE SIMILAR IN FEW CASES !!
Present simple tense is also used to tell future events other than routine action, habits, universal truth but such events happen in a limited duration only.
When we talk about a permanent condition, or about things that occur regularly, we usually employ the present simple tense.
Some questions come to our mind when we make sentences related to present simple tense like,
(1) what are the subjects which are used as a singular subject.
(2) What are the subjects which are used as a plural.
(3) What is the process of making the verb singular or plural.
(4) Can a plural verb be used with a singular subject.
These things should be remembered in mind while making a sentence with present simple,
(A) The given words are used as a singular subject,
He, She, It, Name, Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, Everyone, Someone, Anyone, Everything, Something, Anything, Nothing, and One.
(B) I, We, You, They, and plural nouns are considered as plural subjects.
(C) Singular verb is made by adding s, es, ies at the end of a verb.
(D) Verb without s, es, and ies are known as plural verbs.
(E) If the auxiliary verb 'does' has been used in the sentence then only a plural verb is used in the sentence.
These formats are used to make a sentence of present simple tense.
POS- SUB + VERB + OBJ.
NEG- SUB + DO / DOES + NOT + VERB + OBJ.
INT- DO / DOES + SUB + VERB + OBJ?
Ex:- The prime minister addresses the whole nation on the 15th of August every year.
Ex:- Evey four years Olympics games happen.
Ex:- The Institute closes At 7:30 pm tonight.
Ex:- She gets married on the 29th of August.
Ex:- The President meets his co-ordinate members on upcoming Monday.
